This set comes as 3 pieces: building, roof, and a sidewall. It is 1:24 scale, made out of cast resin and realistically hand painted. The building is pre wired for lighting and you can either light up the garage with 2 AA batteries or with the appropriate circuit directly from your layout. Use a Zimo DCC switch decoder to turn the light on or off
